Rider is a Holy Spirit and a Servant in the Fate/Stay Night Visual Novel/Anime/Manga/Game/etc, and therefore is pretty damn powerful, even more from the Heaven's Feel Route, which is where she's coming from. Physically impressive, the real hax she has are her eyes, know as Cybele, the Mystic Eyes of Petrification. They turn people into stone regardless of whether they are even looking at Rider or not. While in the Tower, Rider's eyes are less powerful, as they now work on a closer range and require her to actually desire them to work (something she'll love to no end because hello, turning buddies into stone sucks), but still is a pretty damn broken power.

So here's a little format for the ones who want to explicitly say they don't want her to use her eyes on them. Rider is against using her eyes most of the time anyway, and if the situation calls for it I'll make sure to have eeeeverything talked out OOCly first. She doesn't use them for giggles or shit because they are pretty permanent, so yeah, this is more to enforce the fact she really doesn't like her power that much.
